Walking along Fault Lines
Walking along Fault Lines
This image is part of my Dramatic Views & Soft Sediments series exploring changing landscapes and coastal climates as metaphors for our interior realities. These are places I have walked repeatedly in the past year as part of my creative practice. I am drawn to witnessing their evolution both forces of nature and of humankind. This series is created in-camera using gels, prisms and mirrors on location.
This particular image is from time spent at Pinnacles National Park. I want to acknowledge this is the traditional territory of the the Amah Mustun Band and Chalon Indian Nation.
